Understanding Slime Balls: Love Is the Force!

As I continue working on my novel, I analyze why my characters do what they do. Oh, I have it sort of mapped out, but sometimes, they do things I did not expect would happen. Yeah, I know; it’s kind of weird because I’m creating it. Things just pop into my mind.

This morning as I was re-thinking the latest going on with the informal conspiracy to lure Eric and Anne into the political arena, I considered why people most of us would consider slime balls get away with shit. Know why? The spiritual laws are laws, and even if slime balls learn the powers of the law of attraction, inadvertently or deliberately, and then proceed to use that with Ego rather than Heart, they can manipulate, control, and win — for awhile.

Of course, the law of attraction is most useful in the hands of those who realize the divine power residing in each one of us. When people get clued in to that, again it may be inadvertent, they can use that power. It’s there in us, and if it’s appropriated, the power can be accessed. Such people in my novel like Paul Egan, Stan Boyle, Jack Actov, Peter Colboard, and the unseen Governor Etts have to some extent realized the power.

It’s ironic because the same thing happens in real life. Many folks who work for such people or are in some way under the influence of such — ahem, many politicians — search for their true identity and a semblance of purpose. People bearing the brunt of jerks are often sincere, honest, hard-working, and good-natured, but deep down they lack the realization of their own divinity. (And they are one reason I do what I do!) These same people wonder how such jerks got into the positions they did.

Here’s the answer. They access their divine nature, they focus on what they want, and through that focus, they summon the energies of life that manifests their desires. They get what they want. However, even though it may appear to others that corrupt corporate leaders, politicians, or other influencers and leaders always get away with shit, they are never truly satisfied. I know that.

How do I know? The intent of Spirit coming here in mortal bodies and beings is to experience the joys and depths of its creation; when Heart is not chosen to run the program of life, Spirit’s purpose is frustrated, which means the individual is frustrated. And no one else may ever know the insecurity, the insanity that occurs in such people. They look good to many undecided, apathetic masses who just exist. And it’s usually money and power that makes those corrupt operators appealing to those who have not awakened to self.

Those corrupt leaders who usurp and misappropriate their own divinity pay great prices because they must maintain control. They feel they have to do it, and that they can do it. Often, they convince themselves, as in The Fellowship of the Heart, that they are manipulating, scheming, controlling, and engineering society or their little portion of it for the good of everyone involved. In other words, they work from a god complex — far different than what I speak of.

What’s the difference? Love. The most basic powerful energy force of Spirit is love. When anyone appropriates divinity and leaves out love, they have sabotaged themselves. And that is exactly what happens when they choose to allow Ego to operate and forsake the voice of Heart. They can only go so far, do so much, but they will never have the true answers to who they are and their purpose. They plunder others trying to satisfy those needs.

Last night when I wrote of Unhappy Gods, this is exactly what I intended to say: a misappropriated divinity never leads to happiness, because there is no true love except of Ego self — not the same as love of Heart-self.

The difference between happiness and unhappiness is Love, and the energy of Spirit-love can only be accessed through Heart. We must choose Heart. When we develop love for that Heart-Self, then we can express genuine love for others.

I thought of a very relevant Bible verse concerning this, Luke 11:35: “Take heed therefore that the light which is in you be not darkness.” When we realize the power that abides in us, the light of divinity, we can live and shine that light with the energy of love, which is only accessed through Heart. When people allow Ego to be the energy that makes use of our divine light, it results in darkness.

That darkness is what we see all around us and so many cannot understand. They know something is wrong, but don’t know what or why. Those in the fellowship of the Heart know; Hearts know things. Good to remember that!
